If this unit does not live up to the expectations of the offering, or is DOA, you may return this item at our expense once there has been a determination made to do so and you have prior authorization from us. Your funds for the purchase will be refunded to your PayPal account. You must contact us within the 30 days to arrange for a return authorization and shipping instructions.  Otherwise you may not be allowed a return or given a refund.  In most cases, all items are required to be returned and shipping cost paid by the buyer unless other arrangements are made between the seller and buyer. The item must be received back to us in the same condition as it was shipped (unless there is a damage claim) before a refund will be given.
