Some wrappers may be slightly open due to age, but are still protecting the cover inside. These are the smooth covers, as opposed to the ribbed variety.  They do have two horizontal lines across the plate, one on each side of the screws. Also have some opened oversized one gang switch plates with no screws and no package.  Please message if you're interested in those as well.
