The C by GE On/Off Smart Switch adds smart bulb functionality to traditional bulbs and keeps smart bulbs smart. The smart Wi-Fi switch adds out-of-home control, scheduling and scene setting to traditional bulbs. When Cync or C by GE smart bulbs are installed, the smart switch allows Cync app or voice control even when power is turned off at the switch. Pair the Smart Switch with Cync or C by GE Smart Bulbs in other fixtures like table lamps and control your all your lights in the room from one wall switch. C by GE On/Off Smart Switch wirelessly connects with other Cync or C by GE Smart Switches so you can control the same light fixture from multiple switches without a travel wire, even if the switches are on different circuits. Simple DIY set up. The Smart Switch connects directly with Google Home and Amazon Alexa devices without a hub required. Neutral wire-usually a white or gray wire-is required.

Shipping Policies

We process and ship orders Monday – Friday.

We only ship to the 48 Continental United States. We are unable to ship internationally (Please check the shipping section on each items for details) or to Hawaii, Alaska and other US Protectorates (ie. Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, etc.).

Free shipping to continental United States (48 States) only.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Return Policies

All Items Include 30 Days Return Exchange (Except AS-IS Items) If you received an item that is defective or damaged in shipping, please send us a message on Pricetronic My Messages and our customer service team will try to troubleshoot and provide technical support or guide you to resolve the issue.

Non-defective items will be charged up to 15% restocking fee with shipping fee.

In order to return an item you must contact us via Pricetronic messages to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
