This is an unused Deluxe Wall Plate for an electical outlet, sold by Bell Electric of Chicago in 1961. It is metal and etched in an "Antique Gold" pattern. The plate measures about 2 3/4 x 4 1/2"; the outlet holes are about 7/8 x 11/16" each.
The packaging has lightly yellowed; the lower left corner is dinged. A bit of dirt has gotten into the plastic over the plate. Please check the photos for details.
